Hello, my name is Lilly, and I became a healer because I needed one.

I know what it feels like to live inside a body that doesn't feel safe. To want to leave yourself because staying is too painful. To go through the motions of life, showing up, performing, struggling to just survive, while something deep inside you is quietly shutting down.

Trauma shaped me. Healing transformed me.

This isn't just what I do. This is who I am.
