Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Reduce swelling, enhance recovery, support immune function, and promote a feeling of lightness and well-being.
What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, therapeutic treatment designed to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. This specialized technique helps reduce swelling, support detoxification, improve circulation, enhance immune function, and promote a feeling of lightness and overall well-being. MLD is beneficial for women experiencing fluid retention, inflammation, post-surgical swelling, chronic stress, or those simply seeking to optimize their health and recovery.
