Oncology Care - For All Stages
Compassionate, oncology-informed lymphatic care designed to reduce swelling, support healing, and help you feel more comfortable and supported throughout every stage of your cancer journey.
What is Oncology-Informed
Lymphatic Care
At Precision Lymphatics, we provide oncology-informed lymphatic drainage and therapeutic support for individuals throughout every stage of the cancer journey, from diagnosis and active treatment to recovery and long-term wellness. Serving clients in Lake Grove, Stony Brook, Nesconset, and throughout Suffolk County, our approach is designed to support the body's natural healing processes while prioritizing safety, comfort, and clinical considerations.
Cancer treatments, including surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and lymph node removal, can impact the lymphatic system's ability to regulate fluid, support immune function, and maintain healthy tissue. This may contribute to swelling, fluid retention, discomfort, restricted movement, and overall physical strain. Gentle, specialized lymphatic drainage techniques can help encourage healthy fluid movement, reduce congestion, support circulation, and promote greater comfort throughout treatment and recovery.
Each session is carefully tailored to your individual needs and stage of care and may include manual lymphatic drainage, gentle therapeutic bodywork, scar support, or palliative focused techniques when appropriate. Treatment is not limited to post surgical recovery and can provide ongoing support for swelling management, lymphatic health, relaxation, and nervous system regulation throughout the cancer experience.
At Precision Lymphatics, we understand that every cancer journey is unique. Care is adapted over time to meet your changing needs and may be incorporated into ongoing wellness support through our Precision Wellness Program. All services are provided in accordance with physician recommendations and appropriate clinical guidelines to ensure the safest and most effective care possible.
