Lilly, founder of Precision Lymphatics, is focused on the trauma women experience in both the body and mind. Whether it’s surgery, injury, grief, cancer, menopause, or any type of trauma, the goal is to reconnect the mind and body so the nervous system can reset and the body can heal in the most optimal state.

Lilly likes to work with clients who struggle with being touched, have difficulty feeling safe with touch, experience pain but can’t tolerate deep pressure, have had surgery, and feel disconnected or fearful about their body, or are trauma survivors who feel out of touch with themselves physically and emotionally.
